About
RoleWorth makes every job earn your effort first.
RoleWorth is for job seekers who are tired of giving serious effort to postings that never reply, disappear, or were never worth a tailored application in the first place.
Founder note
I built RoleWorth after losing weeks to the part of job search nobody sees.
In university, I spent nights with too many tabs open: job boards, company pages, old postings, resume versions, cover-letter drafts, and a growing feeling that I was working hard on the wrong part of the problem.
I would find a role that looked promising, tailor a resume for it, rewrite bullets, adjust keywords, and then hear nothing. No interview. No useful signal. Sometimes the posting disappeared. Sometimes it looked stale from the start, but I only noticed after I had already spent the hour.
RoleWorth came from that frustration. A job should show enough source, liveness, salary clarity, risk, and opportunity quality before it gets your best resume version, your cover letter, your follow-up, and your attention. Decide first. Build only for winners.

Founder
Quang Nguyen built RoleWorth around the step most job tools skip: choosing whether the posting deserves the work before the resume rewrite starts.
The product is deliberately upstream: decide, then build, then track the outcome.
Most tools start after the decision.
Resume builders, keyword tools, and trackers help once you have already chosen a role. RoleWorth starts before that choice.
The first question is whether the job deserves effort.
A posting has to show liveness, source proof, salary clarity, role specificity, and reasonable logistics before it earns a tailored packet.
The workflow routes the role first.
Worth Score and Jobs Ranker turn postings into Pursue, Maybe, Skip, or Verify First so resume work waits until the job survives the gate.
Tracking gives the next decision memory.
Replies, ghosts, rejections, interviews, offers, and closed outcomes stay tied to the original score instead of disappearing into scattered tabs.
Worth Score, liveness, salary clarity, source trust, and Pursue / Maybe / Skip before tailoring.
Proof-backed resume diff, cover note, recruiter message, ATS check, and approval gate for winners.
Jobs, people, companies, reminders, documents, outcomes, and follow-up history in one place.
Outcome calibration, feedback rewards, referrals, and credit history that make the next decision sharper.
