RoleWorth legal
Terms for a review-first job decision engine.
These terms summarize the operating contract behind RoleWorth: score first, package second, and keep the user in control before anything is sent.
Your approval
RoleWorth drafts, scores, organizes, and queues application work. You remain responsible for reviewing every outbound application, message, export, or submission before it leaves the product.
Career data
You are responsible for the accuracy of resumes, evidence points, job descriptions, profile details, and generated drafts you choose to use. RoleWorth does not sell career-search data.
Application assistance
Supported application flows require explicit confirmation. If a form, login, captcha, or host needs extra care, RoleWorth uses guided handoff instead.
Billing and limits
Plans, limits, refunds, and cancellation terms are described on the pricing and billing pages. If a subscription becomes past due, paid access may continue for up to 7 days after the current billing period ends; after that grace period, access can revert to the free plan until payment is restored. Product limits may change as launch fixtures and supported ATS coverage expand.
Launch offers and referral credits
Founder pricing, coupons, promotion codes, referral credits, and partner terms may be limited by redemption count, billing cycle, plan, review status, refund state, and fraud review. Account credits are applied through Stripe customer balance where supported.
Extension permissions
The Chrome extension is single-purpose: capture supported job postings, score roles, build reviewable packages, preview autofill fields, and send approved work back to RoleWorth. It does not sell browsing data or run unattended final submission.
Data processing
RoleWorth uses subprocessors for hosting, authentication, database, billing, email, analytics, and security. Privacy and export details are maintained on the Privacy page and may be updated as production providers change.
Business transfers
If RoleWorth or substantially all of its assets are acquired, these Terms and associated account agreements may be assigned to the acquiring entity where permitted by law. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Product improvement
RoleWorth may use product activity, feedback, score-accuracy reports, outcome updates, and de-identified or aggregated patterns to improve scoring, ranking, ghost-risk detection, application-package quality, follow-up guidance, product safety, and market benchmarks. RoleWorth does not promise interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.
