How the extension behaves on a real application

   Open a job posting on a supported site

   Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby. The extension detects the ATS automatically.

2. 02

   Open the RoleWorth side panel

   One click on the toolbar icon. The panel loads your approved Application Kit for the role.

   Preview every field before anything is filled or sent

   Name, contact, work authorization, screening questions, free-text responses - everything that would be written is listed first.

   Review before continuing

   Nothing is pushed back to your saved kit without explicit confirmation.

   Confirm and submit

   We never auto-submit without your explicit confirmation. You click submit. The extension fills and submits in that order.

We only run review-first autofill where the form structure is stable enough that we can show you every field before it is filled. Three ATS qualify today.

Where we switch to copy-paste suggestions

Manual guidance for sites we don't fully support, including Workday. On these sites the extension does not drive submission - it gives you the right answer per field so you can paste it yourself and stay in control of the session.

• Workday

  Multi-step session flow where the next field depends on the previous one. We don't drive it end to end.

• LinkedIn (Easy Apply and Jobs)

  In-page modal we don't push answers into. The panel still gives you the right text per field.

• iCIMS

  Employer-specific portals vary heavily. We surface answers; you paste them.

• SmartRecruiters

  Session-bound submission flow. Copy-paste suggestions only.

• Custom company forms

  Unknown structure. We won't auto-fill what we can't verify - copy each field manually.

Privacy and permissions

Your data stays private - we don't sell or share it. Your Application Kit lives in your RoleWorth account and is loaded into the side panel over HTTPS only when you open it. Read the full policy at roleworth.com/privacy.

Common questions

Is the extension live on the Chrome Web Store right now?

No. The extension is in review with the Chrome Web Store. We are not promoting it as installable until it ships. Join the waitlist on this page to be notified when the review clears.

Will it submit applications without me?

No. We never auto-submit without your explicit confirmation. The extension previews every field and only writes to the form after you click submit.

Why doesn't it work on Workday or LinkedIn?

Those flows are multi-step, session-bound, or modal-driven in ways that don't suit review-first autofill. On those sites the extension switches to manual guidance.

What about my data?

Your Application Kit lives in your RoleWorth account. The extension fetches it over HTTPS when you open the panel, holds it in memory for the session, and discards it when the panel closes. Your data stays private - we don't sell or share it.

What permissions does it ask for?

sidePanel (show the RoleWorth panel beside the posting) and activeTab (read the tab you explicitly open the panel on). It does not request storage, scripting, tabs, webRequest, clipboardWrite, or all-URLs access. Host access is limited to supported job boards and RoleWorth endpoints.

Do I need a paid plan?

Review-first autofill on Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby is a Max plan feature and requires an approved Application Kit for the role. Copy-paste suggestions mode works without a Max plan on every supported site.
