Jobs Ranker
Jobs Ranker is for evaluating several postings in one pass. Use it after you have collected roles from Job Search, job boards, company career pages, referrals, or saved research. The goal is to sort the list into Pursue, Maybe, Skip, and Manual Review so your best effort goes to the strongest opportunities.
A clean ranked run starts with clean inputs. Use search terms and filters for live discovery, then paste extra postings or URLs only when you already found roles elsewhere. Include the company name and role title when possible. Pasted jobs become staged documents so the input can clear and you can add more without building a messy note field.
When the run completes, review the top scores first, inspect ghost-risk, liveness, source trust, salary clarity, seniority clarity, and job specificity. Resume matching belongs downstream in Application Studio after the job earns effort. Pursue creates or updates the tracked job as active work. Maybe bookmarks it. Skip closes it with context.
Source behavior is intentionally conservative. Supported or launch-grade sources can move farther through the workflow only when the product has proof for that path. LinkedIn, Workday, captcha-protected, login-required, and unsupported hosts remain guided or manual-required unless proven otherwise.
Jobs Ranker is most useful when paired with a weekly routine: collect roles during the week, run a ranked search, pursue only the top few, and update Job Tracking after each real action.
