Read decision reports

Seven scoring blocks, all live in src/lib/yourresume/scoring.ts: A) Role fit, B) Proof strength, C) Compensation, D) Growth upside, E) Logistics, F) Market signal, G) Posting legitimacy. The overall score averages A through F; block G feeds the decision gate (Apply, Maybe, Skip) rather than the averaged score, so a high-fit role carrying multiple risk flags can still drop to Maybe or Skip.
