Read decision reports

A decision report explains why a job landed as Pursue, Maybe, Skip, or Manual Review. Read it before tailoring because the report is about opportunity quality first, not whether your current resume already matches.

The core report blocks are job specificity, posting freshness, liveness, ghost-risk, compensation clarity, logistics, market/source signal, and target-role constraints. Resume matching and keyword gaps belong downstream in Application Studio after the job earns effort.

Use the top drivers first. A role can look attractive but still fall to Maybe or Skip if the apply link looks stale, the description is vague, compensation is unclear, the location conflicts with your constraints, or the source is weak. The report is a signal, not a guarantee.
