Documents and activity are the job-search audit trail. Documents keep resumes, cover letters, exports, notes, and manually uploaded files attached to the right job. Activity records stage changes, notes, follow-ups, documents, contacts, application packets, and outcomes.

Use activity when you need to answer what happened, when it happened, and what changed next. Keep it factual. Do not turn activity into a diary; attach only the facts that help future decisions.
