Generate application kits

An Application Kit turns an approved role into a reviewable set of materials. A typical kit can include tailored resume bullets, a cover note, recruiter message, application-form answer drafts, proof point selection, and an interview-prep brief. The kit should make your evidence easier to see; it should not invent experience or send anything without review.

Start from an approved decision or a role you have manually chosen to pursue. RoleWorth uses the job description, your profile, your resume, and your Proof Bank to choose the strongest claims. Strong kits are specific: they connect a requirement to a real project, metric, scope, domain, or outcome.

Review the kit in this order:

1. Requirements coverage: confirm the draft addresses the most important requirements from the posting. 2. Evidence accuracy: remove claims you cannot defend in an interview. 3. Tone and seniority: make sure the materials sound like you and match the level of the role. 4. Gaps and risks: look for missing work authorization, location, compensation, or technical requirements. 5. Export readiness: approve only the pieces you would be comfortable sending manually.

Application Kit output is reviewable draft work. It does not mean an application has been submitted. Markdown and PDF export are the reliable export paths advertised elsewhere in the docs. Submission-adjacent flows remain gated: Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby require user review and fixture-proven support; LinkedIn, Workday, and manual-only paths require manual handling unless the product shows verified support.
