Getting started
RoleWorth is a job decision engine first. It helps you decide which jobs deserve effort before you tailor, then gives you the studio and tracker needed to act on the winners. Start with a job, not a blank document. The product is designed to answer three questions in order: Is this role worth pursuing? What evidence should I use if it is? What is the next tracked action?
Fastest path for a first session:
1. Open Worth Score for one posting, or Job Search when you need a live market list. 2. Read job quality, liveness, ghost-risk, compensation clarity, logistics, market/source signal, and source trust before editing your resume. 3. Send promising roles to Jobs Ranker or create an Application Kit only after a role earns effort. Treat every draft as a starting point that still needs your approval. 4. Track the job, contacts, follow-ups, documents, and final outcome so future recommendations improve.
A good first setup takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Add your resume, target roles, salary floor, location preferences, work authorization notes, and a few proof points with measurable outcomes. You can still score job-side quality without a perfect profile; profile and Proof Bank data make Studio materials, proof coverage, and follow-up guidance more specific.
RoleWorth does not perform unattended autonomous final submission. Browser and ATS-adjacent flows are review-gated and fixture-gated where supported. LinkedIn, Workday, login-required, captcha-protected, and manual-only postings should be treated as guided or manual-required unless the product shows verified support for that exact flow.
