Getting started
RoleWorth is a decision-first career command center for deciding which roles deserve your time, preparing reviewable application materials, and tracking what happened afterward. Start with a job, not a blank document. The product is designed to help you answer three questions in order: Is this role worth pursuing? What evidence should I use? What is the next reviewed action?
Fastest path for a first session:
1. Open /job-fit-score and paste the job description or posting URL. 2. Read the Worth Score before editing your resume. Pay attention to requirements match, proof strength, effort versus return, seniority fit, location or compensation fit, and posting risk. 3. If the role is worth pursuing, generate or review the Application Kit. Treat every draft as a starting point that still needs your approval. 4. Export the approved materials, then record the status in /pipeline so follow-ups, interviews, and future decisions have context.
A good first setup takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Add your resume, target roles, salary floor, location preferences, work authorization notes, and a few proof points with measurable outcomes. You can still score a job without a perfect profile, but better profile data makes the score and generated materials more specific.
RoleWorth does not perform unattended autonomous final submission. Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby flows are review-gated and fixture-gated where supported. LinkedIn, Workday, login-required, captcha-protected, and manual-only postings should be treated as guided or manual-required unless the product shows verified support for that exact flow.
