The product is designed to answer three questions in order: Is this role worth pursuing? What evidence should I use if it is? What is the next tracked action?

Fastest path for a first session:

1. Score one real posting with Worth Score, or use Job Search when you need a live market list. 2. Check job quality, liveness, ghost-risk clues, compensation clarity, logistics, market/source signal, and source trust before editing your resume. 3. Send promising roles to Jobs Ranker or create an Application Kit only after a role earns effort. Treat every draft as a starting point you still approve. 4. Track the job, contacts, follow-ups, documents, and final outcome so future decisions get sharper.

A good first setup takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Add your resume, target roles, salary floor, location preferences, work authorization notes, and a few proof points with measurable outcomes. You can still score job-side quality without a perfect profile; profile and Proof Bank data make Studio materials, proof coverage, and follow-up guidance more specific.

RoleWorth keeps you in control. Some job sites can be captured directly; others need a copy-paste or manual handoff. If the product cannot safely complete a step, it preserves the job details and tells you what to do next.
